Shipping & Return Policy
Free shipping over $50 or more is applied on all domestic orders, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands.
We process and ship packages Monday through Friday. We recognize most national holidays, during those days our shipping department will be closed and no orders will be processed or shipped.
Orders may take longer depending if we need additional information. You will be contacted by phone if additional information is needed. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud.
All sales are Final Sale for all international orders.
Any previous shipping charges are non-refundable.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
Once your order has been shipped a confirmation email will be sent. You will be able to track your package.
We are not responsible for non-delivery or lost package due to customer’s inaccurate shipping address. If your package indicates that there has been a delivery exception due to an incomplete/incorrect shipping address, the delivery location is un-secure to leave the package by the front door, or the location may be undeliverable. Please contact us.
We is not responsible for any uncontrollable circumstances on behalf of USPS such as mechanical break downs, accidents, fire, etc. Nor are we responsible for their delayed shipping schedule.
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Within 30 days after purchased date
- Merchandise must be returned in new/unworn conditions with all of its original packaging (shoe-box, tissue wrap, dust bags, authenticity cards etc).
- All contents must be returned back within a shipping box, or poly bag. Please do not use the shoe-box as the shipping box, your return will be denied.
- (Returned packages with missing or damaged contents may be charged up to 50% restocking fee, or they will be denied).
You may drop off your return to the nearest shipping outlet (i.e. USPS, UPS, FedEx Office, etc.). IMPORTANT: The customer will endure the cost to ship it back to us. There will be no reimbursement applied for returns shipping cost. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost. If customer applies shipping charges to the Sender, it will be billed back to the customer and the customer will have to pay for the cost. No exception.
MORGAN MILLER: is not responsible for tracking of the arrival date or for the lost package. Please make sure that you have the accurate information on the mailing label and save your tracking or confirmation information.
Please allow at least 2-3 business days from receipt at our facility to process and refund the return. Funds back to your original payment may take additional 5-7 business days.
If you are interested in exchange, please place a new order to ensure availability of size and style. Unfortunately, we currently do not offer exchanges.
